Wine School „ Kabistoni“ was founded in 2015. Its aim is to teach wine lovers and those, who are working in the field of tourism the culture and the history of the wine, the basics of viticulture and winemaking, proper evaluation and wine-tasting skills, basic principles of pairing  wine and food, proper serving of wine and Georgian gastronomic culture
